1) What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:00. Saturdays by mutual appointment. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent a motorhome or camper.
2) Can I pickup on Sunday or drop-off on Sunday?
There is no pickup available on Sunday. Drop-offs are allowed on Sundays at your own risk.
3) How "clean" does my unit need to upon return?
Due to the quick turnaround of our units, they need
to be returned in the same condition as it was at departure or incur a cleaning fee of $35 per hour,
but not to exceed $350. The Clean/Prep Fee is not the same as bringing it back dirty, but emcompasses washing, complete PDI inspection, hoses, toilet paper and chemicals.
4) Do we pay a security deposit?
Yes, a $500 -$2,000 damage deposit is pre-
approved to a major credit card at pickup.
5) Does the "rental price" include insurance?
No, it may be purchased thru us or a binder may be obtained from your auto carrier, if available.
6) How many mpg does an RV get?
It depends on the "foot." Without the generator, it's 10-13 mpg; with generator, you can expect about 7 mpg.
7) Do I need an electric brake controller for the travel trailers? Due to changing state laws, brake controllers are required if towing anything over 2,500 lbs.
8) Do your units have satellite TV? Some do, but due to the analogue to digital changeover, you may only be able to watch TV at campsites with cable hookups. We do not warranty or guarantee satellite reception.
