We offer a number of vacation packages. Prices do vary but the basic packages remain the same year-round. Our packages include:
Reservation Deposit: ½ of the rental estimate (necessary to secure reservation). Balance due 30 days before departure. NO REFUNDS. Any unused days may be applied within the next 2 years. Insurance Fee: Binder Furnished From Your Insurance Company or per day charge with administrative fee. $500-$2000 Refundable Security Deposit Preapproved to a major credit card before departure.
Generator Charge: 3 hours per day free. $2.50 per hour of use thereafter or unlimited for $25 per day. Cleaning Charge: $35 per hour, up to $350 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments. Please note: The clean/prep fee is NOT included in the cleaning fee upon return.

Clean/prep includes washing of unit, PDI inspection, all hoses, toilet paper and chemicals. Pets: To be determined. Additional Charges: $125 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty. Fuel Tank: $35 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Fuel. Please fill up within 1 mile of MMR location to avoid additional fuel charge. Propane Tanks: $35 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Propane if not same as at Pickup Upon Return. Housekeeping Kit: $150 if the motorhome is rented with basic furnishings or $75 without linens. This does NOT include washing of linens and cleaning of items. Grill, bike rack, concierge grocery, delivery, pickup services available at additional cost. In the event of a tire blowout, MMR will pay for the roadside tire service but additional cost for the tire may apply. We make no guarantees of mechanicability of TVs and satellite. Generator failures do not entitle renter to any refunds. Rates subject to change for high demand rental periods. We reserve the right to substitute a rental unit for a comparable or upgrade. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
